The Barry Farm is located in nearby Fort Bend county and is owned and operated by Renee and Geoffrey Smith and their 2 children Layla and Seamus.  Their farm raises award winning Red Wattle Hogs, White Dorper Sheep, Pastured Chickens,  Kiowa Blackberries, and citrus in the winter.  However their focus has been in using their platform to foster community through food.  They can be seen hosting regular dinners on the farm house lawn, opening their farm to the homeless children of Parks Youth Ranch, and touring many families through their pastures.

Katerra Exotics started four years ago with selling Bison at a single market. We have now expanded and also raise grass-fed beef, pastured lamb, goat, pork and chicken; as well as trap wild boar.  We bring our premium meats to several Farmers Markets in the Houston area and continue to seek out ways to serve our customers.  Katerra Exotics has an amazing loyal customer base and we strive to give the best quality meats in Houston.
